1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the 999ok website at 999ok.im — including any sub-pages, mobile-optimised versions, or associated services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you (the player) and 999ok.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 999ok platform. Continued use of the site following any published update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

1.1 Modifications to Terms

999ok reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any portion of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The most current version will always be available at 999ok.im/terms-conditions. The effective date displayed at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the platform after any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

1.2 Language of Agreement

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any dispute arising from interpretation, the English-language version of this document shall be the definitive and controlling version. No translation of these Terms into any other language shall have legal precedence over the English original.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and use the 999ok platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times during your use of the service:

• You are at least 18 years of age or the legal minimum gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
• You are accessing the platform from a location where online gambling is not expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are registering as an individual for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
• You have not previously been excluded or banned from the 999ok platform or any affiliated platform.
• You are not a director, employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of a director, employee, contractor, or agent of 999ok.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person, and you are not operating a shared or syndicate account.

2.1 Identity Verification

999ok reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the account lifecycle — at registration, before processing a withdrawal, during a routine account review, or at any other time 999ok deems appropriate. Accepted documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by the relevant Bangladeshi authority. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by 999ok may result in temporary or permanent account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

2.2 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the 999ok platform. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in all duplicate accounts being closed, bonuses being voided, and any pending balances being reviewed for eligibility. 3. Account Registration

To access real-money features on the 999ok platform, you must complete the registration process and create a verified account. During registration you will be required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile phone number, and the mobile financial service (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) or bank account you intend to use for transactions.

3.1 Accuracy of Information

You are solely responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration — and at any subsequent point when updating your account details — is truthful, accurate, and not misleading. Providing false information, including a false date of birth to circumvent the 18+ age requirement, is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance held in the account.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 999ok Login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. 999ok will never contact you by phone, email, or message to ask for your password. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify 999ok immediately at [email protected] so that protective action can be taken.

3.3 Account Currency

All 999ok accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). All displayed balances, deposit amounts, withdrawal amounts, bonus values, and wagering requirements are expressed in BDT unless explicitly stated otherwise. International payment instruments (Visa, Mastercard) will be subject to applicable conversion rates at the time of transaction.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

999ok supports a range of local Bangladeshi payment methods — including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and major bank transfers (Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank) — as well as international card payments via Visa and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without notice.

4.1 Deposits

• The minimum single deposit amount is ৳100 via bKash or Nagad.
• Deposits are credited to your 999ok account balance in real time under normal operating conditions.
• 999ok does not charge any platform-side processing fee on deposits. Third-party fees imposed by your payment provider are outside 999ok's control.
• You may only deposit funds from a payment account registered in your own name and matching your verified identity. Deposits from accounts in third-party names will be returned and may trigger an account review.
• 999ok reserves the right to impose maximum deposit limits on individual accounts as part of its responsible gaming obligations or risk management procedures.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests are processed only to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, wherever technically possible. Where this is not possible, withdrawal will be processed to a verified account in the player's name.
• bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes during support hours (6:00 AM – 12:00 AM BST, UTC+6). Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one business day.
• Withdrawals are only available to accounts that have completed identity verification. Unverified accounts may deposit and play but cannot withdraw until verification is complete.
• 999ok does not deduct any processing fee from the withdrawal amount on its side. The amount you request is the amount dispatched.
• 999ok reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending identity verification, fraud investigation, or bonus wagering requirement compliance checks.

4.3 Refused and Reversed Transactions

999ok reserves the right to reverse, cancel, or refuse any transaction if it has reasonable grounds to believe the transaction involves fraud, money laundering, breach of these Terms, or any other unlawful activity. In such cases, any associated winnings may be voided and the original deposit amount may be returned or retained pending investigation, depending on the nature of the suspected violation.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

999ok offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions aligned with Bangladeshi events such as Eid-ul-Fitr, Eid-ul-Adha, Pohela Boishakh, and the BPL season. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in the relevant promotion page at the time of the offer, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses issued by 999ok are subject to a wagering requirement unless explicitly stated otherwise in the individual promotion terms. The wagering requirement specifies the total value of bets that must be placed using bonus funds (or a combination of bonus and deposit funds, as stated) before any winnings derived from the bonus become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier — for example, a 10x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means ৳10,000 in qualifying bets must be placed before the bonus-derived balance can be withdrawn.

5.2 Bonus Eligibility

• Each bonus offer is available to one account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless stated otherwise.
• Players who hold multiple accounts are not eligible for any bonus and any bonuses credited to duplicate accounts will be voided.
• 999ok reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify its terms, or disqualify any player from a promotion if it has reason to believe the bonus is being abused or exploited.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash directly, or used as payment outside the 999ok platform.

5.3 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses carry an expiry period as specified in the individual promotion terms. If the wagering requirement is not completed within the stated period, the bonus and any associated winnings will be removed from the account automatically. The standard expiry window for most 999ok bonuses is 30 days from the date of credit unless the individual promotion specifies a different period.

6. Prohibited Conduct

To maintain the integrity, security, and fairness of the 999ok platform for all players, certain categories of conduct are strictly prohibited. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will face immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any balance under review, and may be permanently banned from the platform.

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the 999ok platform:

• Fraudulent activity — including chargebacks, use of stolen payment credentials, or any form of payment fraud.
• Bonus abuse — systematic exploitation of bonus offers through collusion, chip dumping, matched betting via multiple accounts, or any other strategy intended to extract guaranteed profit from promotional offers without genuine recreational play.
• Money laundering — using the 999ok platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity. 999ok is obligated to report suspicious transaction patterns to the relevant authorities.
• Collusion — coordinating play with other players in live dealer or poker-style games to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other players.
• Use of automated tools — deploying bots, scripts, software agents, or any automated mechanism to interact with the 999ok platform in a way that simulates or replaces human play.
• Hacking or technical exploitation — attempting to circumvent, reverse-engineer, or exploit any security, software, or technical system on the 999ok platform.
• Underage access — knowingly allowing or facilitating access to the platform by a person under 18 years of age.
• Multiple accounts — registering or operating more than one account, whether under the same or different personal details.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

999ok reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any clause of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct.
• Reasonable grounds to believe the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• A valid self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder via the Responsible Gaming tools or directly through the support team.
• Technical, regulatory, or legal reasons that require 999ok to restrict access to its services in specific circumstances.

7.1 Player-Initiated Closure

You may request closure of your 999ok account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Before closing your account, any remaining real-money balance (after deducting any bonus funds not yet meeting wagering requirements) will be made available for withdrawal to your verified payment method. Account closure requests are typically processed within two business days.

7.2 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling may use the self-exclusion tool available in the account dashboard. Self-exclusion periods range from a temporary 24-hour suspension to a minimum six-month permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the account cannot be reopened, and 999ok will take all reasonable steps to prevent the excluded player from registering a new account. 7.3 Balance on Closure

Where an account is closed by 999ok due to a breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account may be withheld pending investigation. If no breach is found following investigation, the verified real-money balance (excluding void bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method. Where a material breach is confirmed, 999ok reserves the right to forfeit the balance in accordance with applicable law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 999ok, its directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the 999ok platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical failures, server downtime, or connectivity issues beyond 999ok's reasonable control.
• Errors in odds display or settlement that result from third-party data feed failures, provided that 999ok takes reasonable and timely corrective action upon becoming aware of the error.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your login credentials.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or banking institutions).
• Decisions made by players based on information found on the 999ok platform, including odds, statistics, match data, or promotional content.

8.1 Service Availability

999ok strives to maintain a platform uptime of 98% or above. However, the platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency technical interventions, third-party infrastructure issues, or circumstances beyond 999ok's reasonable control (force majeure events). 999ok will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable but does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform.

8.2 Governing Principles

These Terms & Conditions are governed by general principles of fairness and transparency applicable to online entertainment platforms serving the Bangladesh market. 999ok is committed to operating as a safe and reliable platform, and any disputes arising under these Terms will be addressed in the first instance through our customer support team at [email protected]. 999ok will make every reasonable effort to resolve disputes promptly, fairly, and in a manner consistent with these Terms and applicable principles of good faith.

8.3 Intellectual Property

All content on the 999ok platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, and software — is the property of 999ok or its licensed content providers. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or create derivative works from any content on the platform without the express written consent of 999ok. Unauthorised use of 999ok's intellectual property constitutes a breach of these Terms and may give rise to legal action.
